Refund Policy — RGV Welding Supply

1. Returns
We accept returns of new, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, email us at info@rgvwelding.com with your order number and photos of the product.
The following items are non-refundable due to their consumable nature, except in case of factory defect:
- Electrodes, welding wire, and other opened or used consumables
- Used contact tips, nozzles, diffusers, and liners
- Gas cylinders and refills (quoted personally via direct message)
2. Damaged or defective products
If your product has a factory defect, report it within 7 days with photos to info@rgvwelding.com. We will replace it or refund the amount, your choice.
3. In-store returns
You can also return products at either of our stores with your proof of purchase:

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
